Hunton Student Center Renovation
The renovation to Hunton Student Center, located on the University Medical Center Campus, is necessary to accommodate the temporary relocation of VCU’s Health Sciences Library operations, which will make way for the proposed VCU Health Inpatient Tower. The renovation to the Hunton Student Center will include creating student study space, maker space, offices and room for circulating collections.

Estimated cost: $4M
Funding source: VCU Health System, pending approval by the VCU Health System Board of Directors

It is important to note that undertaking a pre-planning study does not guarantee that a particular project will come to fruition. Issues such as funding availability or a shift in priorities can delay or even cancel a project from becoming a reality.
