Current Projects
After the pre-planning and detailed design phases are complete and a project is funded, which could take anywhere from several months to several years depending on the scope of the project, construction begins. The VCU Construction Management oversees the construction, renovation and restoration of buildings and infrastructure. Construction Management ensures that contractors adhere to the approved project design and the highest quality construction standards while complying with all state code, construction and contract requirements.
