The approximately 353,000-square foot parking deck provides additional employee parking for the growth of the medical campus. Additional site improvements include the relocation of the helipad to the western corner of the site to make way for planned improvements to N. 7th Street at the I-95/I-64 interchange.

Where it is on the Six-Year Capital Plan: Not applicable. This is a VCU Health System facility and is approved by the health system's Board of Directors. The Six-Year Capital Plan pertains to university facilities only.
