I Lot Deck
The approximately 314,000-square foot parking deck will provide additional employee parking for the growth of the medical campus. Additional site improvements include relocation of the existing helipad to the western corner of the site to make way for a planned traffic circle at the I-95/I-64 interchange.

Where it is on the Six-Year Capital Plan: Not applicable. This is a VCU Health System facility and is approved by the health system's Board of Directors. The Six-Year Capital Plan pertains to university facilities only.

It is important to note that undertaking a pre-planning study does not guarantee that a particular project will come to fruition. Issues such as funding availability or a shift in priorities can delay or even cancel a project from becoming a reality.
